How to Sign Your Car Title in Georgia

Signing your title
Please follow these easy steps:
On the back of the title in the Assignment And Warranty Of Title By Owner Section:
Sign the title
- Sign in the “Transferor’s (Seller’s) Signature” box.
Print your name
- Directly above your signature, Print Your Name in the “Transferor’s (Seller’s) Printed Name” box.
Print our name
- Print “Apex Avenue” in the Transferee’s (BUYER’S) Printed Name section.

Multiple owners:
If more than one owner is listed on your title, you’ll need to check how the names are written at the top of the title in the registered owner section.
This determines whether just one or both owners need to sign and print their names.

If both owners are required, please Sign and Print 2nd owners name in the same spaces as the initial owner.
Common mistakes to avoid
These common mistakes can delay your payment and vehicle collection, so double-check the points below before signing.
⚠ Only sign and print your name and print “Apex Avenue” — we’ll handle the rest.
⚠ Signatures must match the owner(s) listed on the front – Contact us first if your name has changed or you’re not listed.
⚠ If multiple owners are listed, both may need to sign — see above for details.
⚠ Use blue or black ink only.
⚠ Don’t use white-out, scribble, or cross out errors — it will void the title.

Once you’ve signed and printed your name(s), simply email us clear photos of the full title document to title@apexavenue.com.
